Do I have to own a Kawasaki to join Club Kawasaki?
No you do not have to own a motorcycle to join, we welcome all Kawasaki and fans, owners and enthusiasts!

How much is the annual subscription fee?
£29.95 for the first year and £29.95 to renew for a further 12 months.

Who runs Club Kawasaki?
It is run by Kawasaki Motors UK (KMUK).

Where can I find my membership number?
Your membership number can be found on your membership card and in your online account after you have logged in. 

When will I receive my membership card?
You will receive your membership card in the post within 10 days of joining. 

Can I use my membership without my card?
To be eligible for benefits/discounts you may be required to present your membership card or to quote your membership number. You can login to the website without your membership card, you will just need your username and password. 

When will I receive my bi-annual magazine?
Magazines are issued in April and November and will be posted to you. 

Will my details be used for anything else?
No, your details are safe and are stored under the Data Protection Act.

What should I do if my membership card is lost or stolen?
Get in touch so we can issue a replacement card to you. 

How do I change my contact details?
Click here to edit your profile, you will need to contact us to change some details such as your username.  

How will I know when my membership has expired?
You will receive an email 60 days, 30 days and 7 days before your membership is due to expire, inviting you to renew your membership for the following year.

How do I renew my membership?
When your membership is due to expire, a 'Renew Now' button will appear when you login to the Club website or contact us to pay by phone at any time. 

What if I forget my username/password?

Can I change my username?
We can do this for you, please contact us.

How do I report misuse of forums?
Use the 'Report' button on the forum or contact us

Who is covered under my membership?
Only one person is covered by each membership card. If you are interested in a joint membership, please contact us

What if there is a mistake on my membership card?
Contact us, stating your name and membership number and we will issue a new card.

How do I find out about upcoming events?
Sign up to our weekly news email to be the first to find out about event announcements, competitions and news. If you do not want to receive email updates from us then you can keep up to date by checking the Club website. 

How do I purchase tickets to an event?
You can purchase these via the Club online shop - click here

I have ordered tickets to an event but they haven't arrived yet?
Event tickets are usually posted out to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. If you would like to confirm your order, please contact us
