DragonMoto Tours in association with Kawasaki Motors UK are running a tour to an event run by their colleagues at Kawasaki Germany called “Kawasaki Days”. This event has been held for the past two years and due to its success KMDE are running the event again in 2020 at The Technik Museum in Speyer. The tour includes riding through France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany and will be of interest to all motorcyclists.

The event at Speyer is held over the weekend of 23rd & 24th of May and the tour starts on the Thursday with an afternoon crossing on Eurotunnel . Included in this tour are all of your evening meals and breakfasts and you start with a welcome dinner at the first hotel on the outskirts of Lille. The following day you cross through the Belgian Ardennes and Luxembourg. The flowing roads through these two countries are perfect for motorcycling, with open countryside, beautiful river valleys, forests and wooded hills all to be enjoyed on route to the next hotel which is across the border into Germany for the second night of the tour.

On the Saturday morning you will ride to Speyer to spend the afternoon at the Kawasaki Days event before going to the hotel located close by where you will be staying for two nights. On the Sunday you will have the opportunity to spend a full day at Speyer where there will be a large selection of Kawasaki motorbikes available for free test rides, a wheelie simulator and classic bikes will be on display. The event will also include breath-taking shows performed by a freestyle MX team and stunt rider Chris Rid and much more besides.

Monday morning you will ride through the Saarland region of Germany, an area often overlooked by riders outside of Germany, but with well surfaced roads it makes for a relaxing ride as the roads follow the loops and meanders of the Saar river before you ride into the hills of the Eifel nature park on route to the final hotel of the tour in the Belgian town of Libramont.

The route to Calais on the last day of the tour will take you out of the Ardennes through the Meuse Valley which borders France before you pick up the free autoroute for the return to the Eurotunnel terminal and a mid-afternoon crossing back to the UK.
